PT Small Building Property Mgr - Greater MN (Must live on-site)

Part-Time Site Manager for a 24-unit residential property in Mora, MN with on-site living (free 3-bedroom apartment in exchange for duties). Responsibilities include administrative tasks and recertification paperwork, showing and leasing apartments, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, maintaining common areas and unit turnover cleaning, seasonal groundskeeping, light maintenance, coordinating with vendors and internal maintenance, facilitating day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding Fair Housing guidelines. Qualifications include at least 1 year of office/administrative experience and customer service experience; MS Office skills and preferred Yardi experience; affordable housing experience is a plus. Must reside on-site as part of the role.
