Job Summary
Drive guests to designated locations, assist with luggage, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while performing concierge duties. Coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under changing circumstances, escorting guests to rooms and delivering messages. Load and unload the van, check luggage using tags, and answer the console to assist guest services agents. Provide local information, show suites, and ensure lobby displays remain accurate. Maintain high personal appearance standards and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality regulations. Work flexible shifts varying by hotel needs with a competitive benefits package including daily pay and full medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- One year driving experience
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
