Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in-store, and ensure fast, friendly checkout. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery; execute BOPIS/SFS processes; cross-train in Custom Framing sales/production; provide solutions to customers; enroll in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs; follow SOPs and safety policies; maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store; support shrink and safety initiatives; interact positively with customers and team members; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings; applicants must be at least 16 years old.
