Job Summary
Greet customers and maintain a clear service drive by operating all vehicles safely and professionally. Prep and check in customer vehicles, assist with re-delivery, and inspect loaner cars for items left behind. Keep the area free of debris, assist with fueling, and manage loaner vehicle check-ins when the Concierge is unavailable. Support the Service team with test drives as needed. This role supports Willis Automotive's locally owned group in Des Moines, IA, which carries brands including INFINITI, Cadillac, and Lexus, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions

- High School Diploma/equivalent preferred
