Job Summary
Part-Time Security Guard at James Bryant Homes (CamBA on-site housing program) in East Harlem, Manhattan. Maintain access control and traffic inside the facility, detect and prevent fires, vandalism, theft, or rule infractions, guard posts until relieved, protect employees, visitors, and clients, and observe/report irregularities. Requires High school diploma or GED; NYS Security Guard license; Fire Guard (F02) certification; 8-hour Pre-Assignment, 16-hour On-the-Job within 90 days, and 8-hour Annual In-Service training; NYS Security Guard registration and maintenance; Fire Guard certification throughout employment. Required Qualifications
