PT Security Guard, CAMBA Gardens I Supportive Housing

Part-time Security Guard at CAMBA Gardens in Brooklyn responsible for monitoring security and fire safety across the facility, patrolling buildings and premises, inspecting doors/windows/gates, reporting irregularities and incidents, screening tenants and visitors, and maintaining security logs. Must possess a NYS Security Guard license and related certifications (pre-assignment, on-the-job, annual in-service) and have basic reading/writing/math skills. Requires one year of relevant experience; bilingual capability preferred. Strong emphasis on crisis prevention/management, incident reporting, and protecting CAMBA property; ability to read and write post-and-patrol reports and communicate effectively with supervisors, tenants and the public.
