Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and execute fast checkouts while engaging them on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to ensure in-stock store standards through merchandise recovery and Store In Stock Optimization. Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, plus perform Custom Framing selling and production duties. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety programs while promoting a positive image as a role model. Work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail setting requiring long periods of standing and lifting heavy boxes.
Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- At least sixteen (16) years or older
- Ability to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Ability to remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations
- Ability to promote commitment to the organization's vision and values
- Ability to project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation if needed
