Job Summary
Oversee store operations by managing daily activities, acting as Manager on Duty, and handling opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarm setup. Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience while ensuring fast, friendly checkouts and maintaining high personal contact standards. Drive sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance, actively assisting with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient sales floor placement. Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, and managing the stock room. Requires flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts at an hourly rate of $11.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
