Job Summary
PT Sales Supervisor for Rowing Blazers boutique on Elizabeth Street. You will lead from the sales floor, coaching and developing associates to deliver personalized client experiences, partner with store leadership to drive revenue and retention, and ensure operational excellence including inventory management, visual merchandising, and shipment processing. You’ll contribute to brand initiatives, events, activations, and store openings, using tools like Shopify, Endear, and Slack to support client outreach and team communication.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environments
- Strong selling skills with the ability to anticipate client needs and achieve sales goals
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset; comfortable navigating evolving business needs
- Collaborative team player with clear communication and feedback
- Professional presence handling client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for merchandising, inventory, and daily task execution
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Age 18 or older; able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
