Job Summary
Drive sales and exceed KPIs by leading the sales floor, delivering a customer-first experience, and building loyal relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge. Open and close the store, ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are organized, and enforce company policies while coaching the team on the client journey. Initiate regular client contact, provide prompt follow-up on inquiries, and maintain deep knowledge of the Marc Jacobs brand DNA. Maintain a curious attitude by seeking feedback and fostering collaboration with colleagues and management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships
