Job Summary
Part-time Sales Supervisor at the Ciao Lucia boutique in Abbot Kinney (Venice, CA). Lead from the sales floor, coaching and developing associates to deliver personalized client experiences while driving daily sales performance. Partner with store leadership to manage inventory, visual merchandising, shipment processing, and adherence to brand standards. Contribute to promotions, activations, and store openings; leverage Shopify, Endear, and Slack for client outreach and team communication. Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; active on the sales floor with ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 18+; hourly pay range from $23-$25 depending on experience; 401K, PTO, and other Leap perks available.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environments, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to anticipate client needs, overcome objections, and consistently achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset, with comfort navigating evolving business needs while maintaining focus and accountability.
- Professional presence with the ability to handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and sound judgment.
