Job Summary
Sales Supervisor at Marc Jacobs Century City store in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for leading the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience, driving KPIs, coaching and developing the team, and upholding store standards. The role emphasizes customer-first selling, product knowledge and brand DNA, client relationship management, regular client follow-up, and adherence to company policies. Key duties include opening/closing the store, maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom, and partnering with Management to implement directives. Requires 3+ years of retail/sales experience with leadership preferred, strong communication, POS proficiency, and ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
