Job Summary
The PT Sales Lead supports daily business operations, customer engagement, and merchandising standards in the store. Key responsibilities include maximizing store sales, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring adherence to policies and procedures, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, and lifting items of varying weights.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
