Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly professional manner while rendering prompt service and handling complaints. Operate the cash register point of sale, answer telephones, and assist with stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise to keep the sales area neat, clean, and orderly. Maintain register appearance and cleanliness, ensure pricing and dating are accurate, and attend store meetings and training sessions to gain new product knowledge. Requires ability to lift 50lbs and perform frequent climbing, stooping, bending, and crawling. Reports to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least two years of experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to interact well with others and offer great customer service
- Ability to lift to 50lbs
- Ability to climb, stooping, bending, and crawling frequently
