Job Summary
You are a PT Sales Associate responsible for delivering a transformational client experience and driving business through high-touch selling. Build and maintain customer relationships, communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, meet personal sales goals, and follow store policies and procedures. Must be available for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends; physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs. The role emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork, brand focus, and loss prevention in a luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (and perform related physical tasks)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle
- Follow sales and operational policies and procedures
