Job Summary
Drive sales and service by consistently exceeding individual and store KPIs while ensuring the store remains guest-ready with a welcoming environment. Build sales through expert styling, seasonal trend knowledge, and deep product familiarity across the Marc Jacobs Universe. Capture client data to cultivate relationships, initiate regular contact, and provide prompt follow-up on inquiries. Maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom while fostering collaboration with colleagues and management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
