Job Summary
Meet sales goals by utilizing elevated sales and service levels to maximize performance while demonstrating deep merchandise knowledge. Provide the highest level of customer service, build repeat clientele using client books, and resolve problems quickly. Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a neat, organized selling floor and assist with stockroom inventory, stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and paperwork. Execute all relevant register functions and comply with Point-of-Sale policies. Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance, and participate in training and development seminars as directed by store management.
