Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Associate at SET Active boutique in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections. Drive sales initiatives, enhance team and customer engagement, maintain visual and operational standards, and support opening/closing tasks with potential keyholder duties. Opportunities to support other brands in the Leap portfolio through store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Required skills include premium customer service, relationship-building with discerning clients, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and teamwork. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage. Compensation is hourly, with range $19-$21. Approved benefits and employee programs through Leap for part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active presence on sales floor; energy and focus while standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with retail technologies is a strong advantage (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace)
