Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals. Create the customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy. Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Work with a team of professionals sharing a passion for excellence. Maintain flexibility for overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
