Job Summary
PT Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly); provide professional, upbeat customer consultations; consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed; maintain a clean and organized salon environment; handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties; complete daily administrative tasks and track goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, retail/sales experience helpful but not required, ability to stand for up to 7 hours, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
