Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales goals (tracked daily, weekly, and monthly); providing professional, upbeat customer consultations; advising customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning choices; educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning while following company and legal guidelines; maintaining a clean, organized salon; handling cash transactions and opening/closing duties; and completing daily administrative tasks while tracking goals. What we’re looking for: a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old; retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required; ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day; ability to lift 25 pounds; reliable transportation; and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
