Job Summary
Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience and achieving productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities. Perform operational tasks with excellence while brainstorming with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results. Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques, and drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic days.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
