Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and executing assigned tasks to support sales and operational goals. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy, maintains visual standards, and completes all assigned duties efficiently. Actively participates in store contests, supports digital sales strategies including ship-from-store, and shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the overall experience. Upholds company policies, loss prevention protocols, and brand authenticity by demonstrating passion for fashion and trends. Works part-time 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends and peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
