Job Summary
Support sales initiatives, enhance team and customer engagement, and maintain visual and operational standards at the MZ Wallace boutique in Chicago. Open and close the store, manage keyholder duties, and drive results by focusing on conversion rates, Units Per Transaction, and Average Unit Retail. Deliver personalized experiences to foster lasting relationships and maintain exceptional Net Promoter Scores while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role includes flexible scheduling across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles
