Job Summary
Conduct register transactions including cash and credit card payments and non-cash purchases to ensure accuracy and security. Maintain customer service standards by providing a pleasant shopping experience for each customer. Assist store staff in stocking shelves and clothing racks to provide maximum shopping opportunities. Build the team by modeling Christ-like behavior toward staff, donors, and customers. Live out the mission to Reveal, Tell, & Provide while upholding core values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable. This entry-level role requires standing 100% of the day, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working Sundays off with hours from 9am to 9pm.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
- Must have a commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
- Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
