Job Summary
PT Lovesac Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their style and space. Responsibilities include actively engaging customers with Lovesac selling techniques, achieving personal sales goals, providing attentive service, demonstrating product knowledge, guiding customers from interest to purchase (managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships), conducting customer outreach using company tools, resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a welcoming store environment following visual merchandising standards, and overseeing store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions) while supporting daily operations with data-driven prioritization. The role supports omni-channel customer experience with in-person store, local stores, third-party vendors, and remote shifts, and may involve travel to local stores or events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
- Ability to demonstrate products and utilize CRM systems for sales and customer support
