Job Summary
As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their style and space, actively engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, achieve personal sales goals, provide attentive service, demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers from initial interest to purchase, conduct outreach using company tools, resolve issues, maintain an appealing store, oversee store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges), prioritize tasks using sales data, follow policies for safety and risk management, and perform other duties as assigned by Management. Must be able to work flexible hours, travel as needed to stores/vendors, and excel in customer-centered, team-oriented selling environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
