Job Summary
In-store Lovesac Sales Associate to create a welcoming and engaging customer experience, help design products to fit customers' style, and drive sales. Responsibilities include actively engaging customers with Lovesac selling techniques, achieving personal sales goals and KPIs, providing attentive service, demonstrating product knowledge, guiding customers from interest to purchase, conducting outreach using company tools, resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining visually appealing store standards, overseeing store operations (opening/closing, inventory, promotions), utilizing sales data to prioritize tasks, adhering to company policies, and supporting omni-channel experiences with flexible, remote and in-store shifts. Must be able to work flexible hours, travel as needed, move heavy items up to 75 pounds, and possess strong judgment and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
- Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture on the selling floor
