Job Summary
As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will actively engage with customers, utilize selling techniques, and provide attentive service to build customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, demonstrating product knowledge, managing quotes and sales processes, and maintaining store operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible hours. Physical demands include handling furniture and adhering to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Must be able to travel as required by the Company
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Must be able to move objects including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds
