Job Summary
Lovesac Sales Associate (Part-Time) engages customers to design and purchase Lovesac furniture in-store, using Lovesac selling techniques to achieve personal sales goals, provide attentive service, and build customer relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, ability to demo and educate customers, guiding from initial interest to purchase, managing quotes and follow-up, conducting customer outreach with company tools, resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a welcoming store appearance, and supporting store operations (opening/closing, inventory, promotions) per company standards. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with remote customer service shifts as part of omni-channel support; includes travel as needed and physical ability to move furniture up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
- Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts.
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
