Job Summary
Lovesac PT Sales Associate: drive engaging in-store experiences, meet sales KPIs, build customer loyalty through product knowledge and demonstrations, guide customers from initial interest to purchase, handle quotes and follow-up, conduct outreach using company tools, resolve issues for a positive shopping experience, maintain a welcoming store environment, oversee routine store operations, and support omni-channel customer service with flexible, remote-shift options. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year retail/customer service, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to local stores or vendors as needed; strong integrity, judgment, and communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts.
