Job Summary
In-store Lovesac Sales Associate to create a welcoming, engaging experience and help customers design products to fit their style and space. Responsibilities include actively engaging customers with Lovesac selling techniques, achieving personal sales goals, delivering attentive service, mastering product knowledge, demoing and educating customers, guiding from initial interest to purchase (quoting, closing, and relationship maintenance), conducting customer outreach with company tools, resolving issues for a positive shopping experience, maintaining a visually appealing store per merchandising standards, and overseeing store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions) while following company policies. Must support omni-channel experience, utilize technology and CRM, and be able to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed. Must be 18+, with a High-School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
