Job Summary
PT Lovesac Sales Associate in Scottsdale in-store role focused on creating a welcoming customer experience, achieving personal sales goals, demonstrating product knowledge, guiding customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, and upholding store operations and visual standards. Responsibilities include active customer engagement using Lovesac selling techniques, identifying and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, conducting customer outreach via company tools, prioritizing tasks with sales data, and supporting omni-channel experiences with in-person store, home store, and remote shifts. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
