Job Summary
In Lovesac’s in-store environment, the PT Sales Associate delivers a welcoming, engaging customer experience to help customers design spaces using Lovesac products (Sacs and Sactionals). Responsibilities include engaging customers with Lovesac selling techniques, achieving personal sales goals and KPIs, delivering strong product knowledge through demonstrations, guiding customers from initial interest to purchase (managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships), conducting outreach using company tools, resolving customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a visually appealing store, and supporting store operations (opening/closing, inventory, promotions) per company standards. The role requires flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), ability to move and assist with furniture, and proficiency with internal CRM systems and sales data. The position emphasizes customer-centric service, teamwork, and adherence to Lovesac policies, with benefits including competitive hourly wage, sales bonuses, PTO, 401K matching, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Support omni-channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts
- Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data
- Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture on the selling floor
