Job Summary
Lovesac PT Sales Associate drives a welcoming in-store experience, helps customers design products to fit their space, achieves personal sales goals, leads from interest to purchase with product knowledge, demo skills, and relationship-building, and supports daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising while following company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes customer engagement, omni-channel support, flexibility in hours, and ability to travel to local stores/third-party vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using CRM systems.
