Lovesac Sales Associate detects and delivers an engaging in-store experience, guiding customers from interest to purchase, achieving sales goals, and building lasting relationships while representing Lovesac values and providing knowledgeable product demos. The role includes handling store operations, merchandising, and supporting omni-channel experiences, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and teamwork in a flexible, retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
