PT Sales Associate

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you’ll create a welcoming in-store experience while helping customers design products to fit their space and style. You’ll engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, work toward personal sales goals, demonstrate product knowledge, manage quotes and guide customers from initial interest to purchase, while maintaining a visually appealing store and supporting daily operations. The role includes customer outreach, handling exchanges, inventory management, and assisting across in-store and remote customer service shifts. Requires high energy, strong communication, relationship-building, adaptability, and the ability to move furniture and assist in-store merchandising. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or customer service experience and the ability to use CRM tools are desired. You’ll work within Lovesac’s omni-channel environment and contribute to a customer-centric, collaborative team culture.
