Job Summary
Lovesac Sales Associate role in a fast-growing in-store environment: engage customers with Lovesac selling techniques, guide from initial interest to purchase, manage quotes, close sales, and build lasting relationships while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and adherence to visual standards. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, providing attentive customer service, applying product knowledge to educate customers, conducting outreach with company tools, resolving issues for a positive shopping experience, and supporting daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, promotions, and safety. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, comfort with technology and CRM systems, ability to move and assemble furniture if needed, and a customer-centric, collaborative approach aligned with Lovesac values.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the safety of persons and property
