Job Summary
PT Lovesac Sales Associate delivers an engaging in-store experience, helps customers design products to fit their style and space, and drives sales using Lovesac selling techniques. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, demonstrating products, guiding customers from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales, conducting customer outreach, resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a welcoming store appearance, and supporting store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, marketing, and adherence to company standards. The role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work flexible hours, with opportunities to assist in remote shifts as part of omni-channel support.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems
