Job Summary
Greet clients with energy, actively sell while executing the Lovesac selling process, and maintain a strong personal quote pipeline to drive conversion. Own the customer journey end-to-end by uncovering needs, delivering exceptional service, and confidently closing sales through compelling brand tours and meaningful education. Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, and promotions while upholding brand policies and using store systems to prioritize work. Represent Lovesac's values by contributing to an inclusive environment, building authentic relationships, and taking on additional priorities to keep the store and brand growing. This role requires working during high-traffic periods including weekends and holidays, standing for up to eight hours, and assembling furniture up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
- This position regularly requires the following actions: bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling, and climbing
