Job Summary
As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will engage customers with Lovesac selling techniques, drive personal sales and KPIs, provide attentive in-store service, demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers from initial interest to purchase, manage quotes, and maintain relationships. You will conduct customer outreach, address issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, maintain an appealing store, oversee store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions) and support daily operations using company tools and reports. You will meet or exceed sales goals while adhering to policies, procedures, safety and company standards. The role also involves flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve remote customer service shifts and travel to local stores or vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems
- Support Lovesac's omni- channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
