Job Summary
Marc Jacobs Outlet Sales Associate in Leesburg, VA drives sales and delivers an elevated client experience through clienteling, product knowledge, and stylish service. Responsibilities include achieving store KPIs, maintaining a guest-ready store, building client relationships, capturing client data, timely follow-up on events and inquiries, collaborating with colleagues, keeping the floor and stockroom organized, and utilizing POS and Microsoft Office. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and a passion for the Marc Jacobs brand.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
