Job Summary
Sales Associate at Marc Jacobs Houston Premium Outlet responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional client experience, clienteling, and assisting with store operations. Responsibilities include achieving/overachieving KPIs, maintaining a guest-ready store, providing styling expertise and product knowledge, guiding clients through the journey to drive repeat business, capturing client data, following up on events and inquiries, collaborating with colleagues, maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom, and adhering to company policies. Requires 1+ year in retail or customer-service roles, strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for the Marc Jacobs brand. Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
