Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations while supporting store sales goals. Maintain a customer-ready environment by managing visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory tasks, including opening and closing procedures and keyholder duties. Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent brand standards and adapt to changing business needs, such as peak selling periods and new store openings. Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
