Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations while driving sales goals with proactive selling behaviors. Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory tasks, including opening and closing procedures and keyholder duties. Collaborate with teammates to achieve store objectives, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies in a fast-paced retail setting. Requires previous customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
