Job Summary
Engage customers by greeting and assisting them promptly, providing product knowledge, and promoting store events. Resolve customer concerns and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Requirements include being at least 16, flexible with scheduling, capable of handling customer interactions professionally, and passing on product knowledge acquired through training. Must be comfortable using cash registers and technologies as needed.
