Job Summary
Drive sales and service by consistently exceeding individual and store KPIs while building the sale through expert styling, seasonal trends, and deep product knowledge. Ensure the store is guest-ready by cultivating new and existing client relationships, capturing client data, and initiating regular follow-up on inquiries. Illustrate the client journey to drive repeat business, maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom, and foster collaboration with colleagues and management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. This role requires 1+ years of retail experience, POS skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
