PT Sales Associate Collars & Co.

Part-time Sales Associate at Collars & Co. in Boca Raton. You’ll act as a brand ambassador delivering elevated, personalized in-store experiences, building authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling and product storytelling, and contributing to a service-driven culture. Responsibilities include supporting daily sales initiatives, driving conversion and loyalty, maintaining visual and operational standards, collaborating with leadership and teammates, and possibly handling opening/closing or keyholder duties. You may support other brands within the Leap platform through store openings and activations. Comfort with retail tech (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace) is a strong advantage. Requirements include retail or luxury retail experience, strong selling and client-service skills, a customer-first hospitality mindset, adaptability, teamwork, professionalism, and being able to stand/walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old. Hourly pay range is USD 16 to 18; compensation based on experience.
