Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through authentic engagement, personalized recommendations, and active listening while driving sales via proactive interaction and strong selling behaviors. Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory tasks, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties. Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals, focusing on conversion rates, units per transaction, and average order value. Requires luxury retail experience, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Part-time hourly role with bonus eligibility and accrued PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail
- Growing understanding of premium accessories
- Basic knowledge of materials
- Basic knowledge of product features
- Understanding of service expectations of high-end clientele
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Minimum age of 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace
