Job Summary
Support daily sales initiatives by proactively engaging clients to drive conversion, loyalty, and repeat growth through personalized product storytelling and hospitality. Maintain visual and operational standards while balancing tasks on the sales floor, including opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities. Collaborate with leadership to foster a service-driven culture and ensure accurate execution of daily tasks. This role may involve supporting other brands within the Leap portfolio through new store openings and activations. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
